The 808 N. Wells project is a seventeen-story mixed-use high rise comprised of 318 rental units. Located in the River North District of Chicago, the property will house studio, one and two-bedroom listings. It will also include multi-floor amenity spaces, parking, three elevators, a lobby, and a commercial space. The post-tension slab structure is encased by a combination of brick rain screen, metal panel, storefront, and full height aluminum framed windows. This project, which began in March of 2019, is slated to be completed by June of 2021.
